Responsibilities:
Receive payments from customers for automotive services. Accurately count and process cash, checks, credit/debit card transactions, and electronic payments Handle customer disputes or concerns related to billing or payments with professionalism and patience. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary Assist customers and follow up on general inquiries via phone, messaging, and email. Projects and tasks as assigned by service management. Move customer vehicles when necessary Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to the service team and management Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. Previous experience at a dealership preferred Professional personal appearance Compensation details:
